Anna Silk

Anna Silk is Canadian actress that is most well-known in Canada by her character of Bo. Silk was born in Fredericton in New Brunswick, Canada. Ilkay Silk as well as Peter Silk were the fathers of Silk. Ilkay is a playwright and director and plays the role of drama instructor at St. Thomas University. Her father is British and her mother a Turkish-Cypriot-English expat. Anna holds some of her earliest memories of watching and attending play rehearsals. Silk was a part of a variety of commercials while she was young. She earned a Bachelors in Arts in the field of theater at St. Thomas University. Theatre St. Thomas was engaged in two of the early stage productions, including Seven Menus (1997) and The Kitchen (1999). Silk made the move to Toronto for further development of her acting career in November 1999, and during the next decade, she moved in the following decade to Los Angeles California. Seth Cooperman became her husband in 2007 after they met at an Actorsworkshop held at the Actors' Workshop in Los Angeles. They got married the year 2009 and wed at a civil wedding ceremony in December of the same year. They renewed their vows on April 10th, 2011 in Fredericton in the aftermath of Silk's was converted to Judaism. Silk Cooperman's son was born May 2013, a son named Samuel Jerome Cooperman. Levi Aaron was her second born child on the 13th of May 2016. Silk is known for her television role as Cassidy Holland, in Being Erica. In 2009 she was awarded a nomination by the Gemini Awards. In 2009, she got the main character role of Bo Dennis a succubus in the Canadian TV show Lost Girl. Silk was pregnant while filming of the third season finale episode and broke the news to viewers of the show in an episode of the Showcase preview of the Season Three special on January 6 2013. Silk announced on Twitter on the 20th of June, 2013 that production had begun on Season 4. The 4th of June, 2013 Showcase and Prodigy Pictures confirmed the start of Production for Season 4, which will air in the fourth season. CNN, Cable News Network and E! have both named Bo (played by Silk) as well as Lauren the actress (Zoie) among their favorite TV couple. Entertainment Television.
